My background in real estate brought me into frequent conversations with economic development teams. A common thread quickly emerged, many of these teams struggled to attract new residents and businesses, raise funds for community projects, and keep locals engaged. The issue wasn’t a lack of great stories or significant town assets—it was a lack of visibility. Most weren’t doing any meaningful outbound marketing.
That realization became even clearer when I moved to a town with a vibrant social media presence. Community updates, local highlights and small-town wins were being shared daily—and the results were obvious: higher civic pride, greater engagement and more momentum.
Fortunately, I also bring experience from the media side. I’ve built and sold multiple large theme pages on social media, reaching hundreds of thousands of followers.
By combining my core strengths—economic development & social media—I’m confident I can help towns expand their reach, tell their stories better, and strengthen community connection both online and off.
